Wipfli LLP is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to support the Idaho Falls office. Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Office Assistant ensures the efficient operation of the office to ensure their associates have the tools and supplies necessary to effectively perform their job duties, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform the Receptionist duties as needed, during breaks, lunch, absences, etc.
  • Operate personal vehicle to drive to various locations to obtain supplies, groceries, client deliveries, etc.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist with conference room scheduling and hospitality arrangements, to include set-up and take-down for events
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of various common office areas. Ensure adequate levels of supplies.
  • Manage merchandise, orders and provisioning for the firm’s merchandise store
  • Assist in various administrative duties, report processing and projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GE is required
  • Requires less than 3 years of related job experience.
  • Ability to organize work, effectively manage a variety of projects in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work accurately while meeting deadlines
  • Requires a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
