    Responsibilities

    • Reach and exceed assigned sales quota to sell payroll, Employee Benefits and HR Solutions.
    • You will also have the opportunity to sell other Wipfli solutions.
    • Execute effective relationship development with centers of influence to accurately profile and uncover the needs and challenges for them and their business clients.
    • Proactively connect clients' business needs with Wipflis’s portfolio of products and services
    • Effectively position and recommend the right Wipfli products and solutions.
    • Strategically cross sell into existing accounts through an understanding of Wipfli’s other ancillary products and solutions.
    • Collaborate with implementation counterparts and work daily with both internal and external customers, establishing and maintaining exceptional customer relations.
    • Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business
    • Develop a network in person and via phone with key decision makers in an assigned/designated territory
    • Represent Wipfli HR, EBS & Payroll in the field, at trade shows and seminars

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or commensurate with experience 0-5 years successful sales or related experience
    • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office
    • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
    • Well-organized with highly effective time and activity management skills
    • Demonstrated sales ability, with assertive, positive and persistent style
    • Proven customer service and relationship building skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as a team
    • Self-confident and Professionally competitive
    • Capacity to work under pressure
    • Strong work ethic
    • Committed to building a career in Sales and/or Sales Leadership
    • Prior business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management -- particular interest in experience selling iSolved or other HCM solutions.
