    Responsibilities

    • Provide excellent customer service support to firm associates and clients for basic hardware and software issues. 
    • Resolve issues in accordance with Firm Procedures.
    • Escalate complex hardware and software issues per Firm procedures.
    • Provide on-site issue resolution of hardware and software issues in assigned service area. 
    • Act as the IT liaison between firm associates and other support staff in the process of issue resolution for escalated issues.
    • Record all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated in appropriate systems.
    • Acquire and maintain knowledge of firm systems and support policies and procedures. 
    • Review and maintain documentation and knowledge base as directed or indicated.
    • Review and recommend improvements to support procedures.
    • Participate in IT projects as directed. 

    Qualifications

    • Requires a High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Pursing an Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology
    • Prior computer system experience including Windows Operating System and knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred
    • Strong communication skills
    • Hardware maintenance and repair skills desired
