    • Collaborate with requestors and vendors to gather, understand, document and fulfill the request for appropriate services to meet business, budget, technical and IT service level agreements.
    • Owns and maintains the request fulfillment process including documentation, and continuous improvement opportunities
    • Research potential options for stated business or technical requests.
    • Identify impacts and risks, along with appropriate mitigation solutions.
    • Recommend solutions or configuration changes that meet the business and/or technical needs.
    • Design, develop, test, and implement process improvements and product changes in accordance with IT QA and change management procedures
    • Responsible to ensure that fulfillment requests meet time constraints within defined service level agreements
    • Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to understand product life cycles, procurements methods.
    • Responsible for IT hardware and software asset management including inventory level management
    • Assist in training others in skill sets needed for assigned processes.
    • Ensure the continuous learning of business and/or technical processes and procedures related to use of appropriate systems to fulfill requests.

     Additional Responsibilities


    • Participate in IT or business projects as required as the subject matter expert for the request fulfillment process.


    Minimum Education Requirements

    Requires an Associate Degree business, accounting, IT or related field



    Previous Experience

    Requires five plus years of job related experience


    Specific experience required

    Functional knowledge of business procurement processes and related systems

    Customer service experience

    Requires demonstrated observation skills, critical thinking, rational thought process, and linear thinking


    Experience preferred but not required:

    Familiarity with assigned process

    Familiarity with purchasing/procurement and related systems



    Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively and independently

    Ability to balance many projects simultaneously

    Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines

    Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions



    Strong written and verbal skills are very important for this position



    Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

    Other: Experience with purchase order systems and incident tracking systems preferred
