    Wipfli is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist in our Downtown Chicago, Denver, or Sterling, IL Office

    Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing the Specialist, Digital Marketing helps to develop and execute integrated digital campaigns that support the Firm’s short and long-term business goals. This role involves working with a variety of digital platforms, including website, email, marketing automation, social media, analytics, online advertising and more.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with multi-branded marketing relationships and their specific brand initiatives.
    • Collaborate with digital marketing team to co-develop marketing plans that help to improve client engagement, brand awareness and lead generation across our digital channels.
    • Evaluate tactics to support the plan, leverage the firm-wide tools that have been developed and work with the team to implement the plan. During implementation, identify potential barriers to success of the marketing solution and resolve problems as they arise to ensure overall objectives are met.
    • Utilize a range of digital marketing platforms, techniques, and metrics including web content management, email, SEO, social media, a/b testing, web analytics, digital advertising, webinars, etc.
    • Measure, track and analyze the effectiveness of all digital marketing activities.
    • Develop and present ongoing performance reports with actionable insights.
    • Maintain knowledge of current trends and digital marketing strategies as they evolve
    • Understand client needs, market dynamics and competitive strategies using competitive and market research to align the digital approach and develop effective marketing strategies.
    • Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure an integrated approach to marketing initiatives.
    • Build relationships with appropriate business development team members to integrate their efforts with the marketing programs.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Education Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or other job related major.

    Previous Experience

    • Three years of job related experience in a service industry.
    • Proficiency with digital marketing tools.
    • Adept in understanding ever changing digital trends and new technologies.

    Abilities:

    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
    • Ability to develop a strategically designed approach to the creation of compensation and benefits programs
    • Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
    • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
    • Ability to interact with high level managers
    • Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

    Technology:

    • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Experience with Digital Marketing tools such as Marketing Automation and Google Analytics Suite
    • Experience with reporting and business intelligence software, such as Power BI.
    • Experience with website management systems.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML.
