    The purpose of this position is to provide technical and analytical support to the director of facility planning and market analysis and work closely with clients to deliver sound advice regarding market/demand analysis, volume projections, facility planning, strategy, and design.


    Essential Responsibilities


    • Define and understand the service area (where patients are coming from)
    • Analyze market and demographic trends within the service area (overall growth/decline, age cohort analysis, healthcare utilization analysis, median income, etc.)
    • Perform detailed competitor and market share analysis
    • Assemble demand models to project future volumes and utilization levels
    • Help the team to assemble necessary facility evaluations and space analyses
    • Work with floor plans and create departmental drawings and schematics using PowerPoint
    • Determine facility needs and strategies to meet those needs
    • Develop the master facility plan for facilities (hospitals, clinics, health systems)
    • STRONG Competency in Excel and PowerPoint required 

    Additional Responsibilities

    •  Assist in creating business development and marketing material
    • Proposal development and support
    • Assist in developing internal database for facility planning and market analysis service lines




    • 5-7 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
    • Masters degree in Health Care Administration or MBA
    • Extensive experience in Excel and Power Point with the ability to manipulate data
    • Prior client-facing experience
    • Ability to travel outside the Spokane area
