    • Assess client needs and recommend potential solutions.
    • Link the client requirements to standard solutions and service offerings.
    • Plan the work, and schedule the resources to meet customer requirements.
    • Plan and manage multiple projects.
    • Inform others of costs, quality, schedule, and risk to within the engagement parameters.
    • Create and engaging relationship with client leadership or project team.
    • Ensure the meeting of client expectations on time and within projected costs, and look for opportunities to exceed expectations.
    • Seek out opportunities to leverage other service offerings to solve other client issues.
    • Mentor junior team members and help support their continuing education needs.
    • Build team member confidence in their capabilities to deliver work.
    • Assess results against goals and work with Service lead to make corrections as necessary.



    • Registered Nurse (RN). Baccalaureate Degree in nursing preferred.
    • Three-to-six years of experience in healthcare industry; preferably as a regional nurse, MDS lead or surveyor
    • Thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicare Compliance and Reimbursement.
    • Ability to read and interpret regulations/requirements.
    • Ability to complete research to satisfy needs identified.
    • Ability to identify quality issues.
    • Identify and follow accepted standards of practice
    • Knowledge of MDS essential
    • Knowledge of Assisted Living a plus
    • Knowledge of Home Health/Hospice and OASIS a plus
    • Must have the ability and desire to travel up to 70% of the time
