    Gain hands-on Human Resources experience with Wipfli!


    Wipfli CPAs and Consultants is looking for candidates who are interested in learning more about HR within the Professional Services Industry.


    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

    • Coordinate firm-wide meetings and new hire orientations.
    • Support administrative needs, including but not limited to typing correspondence, making copies, coordinating meetings and teleconferences, coordinating large mailing projects, updating HR information on internal website, assisting with CPE registrations as necessary, and processing invoices and check requests for team expenses.  
      Upload personnel change documents (including new hire, office transfer, promotion, and other personnel changes) into employee filing systems. 
    • Assist with the completion of annual compliance audit processes.
    • Coordinate the performance management process and manage internal communications.
    • Track necessary information for Affirmative Action reporting.
    • Assist with the offboarding process of exiting associates.
    • Provide general assistance to the HR Team.


    Sophomore or Junior status working toward a degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.

    Leadership experience through campus activities or work experience preferred.

    Have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.

    The ability to:

    • Work with and learn additional software programs.
    • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
    • Manage details.
    • Proofread the work of other staff.
    • Organize work and effectively manage a variety of projects at the same time, while meeting deadlines and producing quality products.
    • Maintain professionalism and good working relationships with others.
    • Maintain confidentiality of all information.

     This year long paid HR internship will average 10-15 hours per week and begin Summer 2019.
