    Wipfli LLP is currently seeking a Senior ALM Analyst, in our Westchester, IL, office. You will perform interest rate risk and liquidity management testing for financial institution clients. You will also assist in the planning and preparation of client engagements, and may aid with special projects and analysis, in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ability for career advancement.


    • Obtain overall understanding of a financial institution’s ALM policies, process and the management of their Asset-Liability risk, in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance
    • Evaluate and aid ALM team in verification of data integrity
    • Evaluate and aid ALM team in analyzing and understanding ALM assumptions
    • Analyze or perform Interest rate risk back testing
    • Analyze or perform liquidity stress testing
    • Manage assigned client service engagements, within scheduled time frame and budgets
    • Prepare and present client deliverables with ALM team
    • Continuous learning of ALM regulatory and best practices to provide counsel to clients 


    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance
    • 3-5 years of experience in banking/credit union in the accounting or ALM area
    • Strong Excel skills required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical aptitude
    • Conceptual thinking
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
