    • Support the day-to-day relationship between the assigned internal clients and other marketing team members
    • Assist the Marketing Account Manager to deliver results-focused marketing tactics by executing concepts and programs that will contribute to meeting the firm's and internal client's strategic objectives
    • Complete assigned marketing projects, such as web lead distribution, tracking, follow up and reporting
    • Collaborate with other marketing team members on the execution of projects and activities in support of marketing campaigns, collateral creation, events or PR and advertising efforts
    • Coordinate webinars, including deployment invitations, event set-up, tracking, follow-up and reporting
    • Assist with the coordination of client and prospect lists in support of marketing and business development activities, and oversee the list process
    • Coordinate with internal clients to develop and manage general marketing budgets
    • Communicate and work with internal clients to manage their service and timeline expectations
    • Maintain and update marketing systems, ensuring accuracy and functionality, including the CRM 


    • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration
    • 1-3 years of experience in a comparable role
    • Experience in a business-to-business industry is preferred
    • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
    • Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
    • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
    • Ability to demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, persistence and dependability
    • Ability to share lessons learned and best practices
    • Requires strong oral and written communication skills
    • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
