This position will oversee financial institution client regulatory compliance and BSA-related engagements, design and plan engagements, ensure completion of all work, meet with client management to ascertain client needs and service arrangements, and promote and identify opportunities for the firm. 

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion
    • Oversee the preparation of and produce workpapers and documentation in conformance with the firm’s quality control standards
    • Perform workpaper and report review to ensure conformance with service line and firm standards
    • Oversee the preparation of and produce written reports in a timely manner which clearly, appropriately, and accurately communicate engagement results
    • Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours in a positive and professional manner
    • Train, mentor and provide direction to staff
    • Prepare, monitor, and control budgets and productivity within areas of accountability
    • Maintain ongoing communication regarding client activities with the relationship partner, engagement manager, associates on the engagements and/or performance coach


    Travel Requirements: 80%; of this time 25-30% will be overnight travel

    Qualifications

    • Requires a business-related degree or a combination of education and related work experience
    • Requires 4+ years of job-related experience
    • Must be proficient in BSA regulations
    • Working knowledge of compliance/BSA examination techniques
    • Regulatory compliance/BSA experience in a financial institution
    • Comprehensive understanding of financial institution compliance/BSA related laws, regulations, and regulatory expectations
    • Prior project management experience
    • Must demonstrate excellent written and communication skills
    • Be comfortable leading engagements
