HCM Tax and Processing Team Members handle the day-to-day processing of payrolls on the iSolved platform.  Done in a daily batch, the Tax and Processing team will process the payroll, handle the bank file for direct deposits and tax payments, initiate tax form filing, conduct new hire reporting and other tasks to complete the necessary steps of payroll.


  • Create and transmit bank file
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Process payrolls in batch
  • Handle New Hire Reporting
  • Make Payroll tax payments
  • File Payroll Tax Forms
  • Conduct all customer contact with a high degree of professionalism and technical proficiency supporting the Wipfli culture
  • Maintain accurate customer files and communication logs. Document all communications
  • Other projects and related work as directed 


  • Strong customer service, organizational skills, and attention to detail 
  • Strong communication skills with professional telephone presence, clear and concise verbal and written skills, and ability to clearly identify a customer's concern and effectively solve problems 
  • Issue analysis, troubleshooting and problem solving skills 
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment, e.g., computers, printers, copy machines, telephone systems, facsmile machines 
  • A strong product, service and technical background with experience in support HCM solutions including Payroll, or web-based applications is preferred
