This role will work along side our national tax practice and can be a part-time or full-time opportunity beginning in mid January and lasting through April 15th. The role will be part of a team of individuals completing this work for the entire firm, so the role can work out of any Wipfli office or remote.  



  • Assist in the assembly of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Assist other administrative staff with overflow work. 
  • Provide administrative support to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment. 
  • Filing and organizing  
  • Process Tax documents 
  • Electronic invoicing
  • Data import




  • Strong ability to navigate new technology
  • Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to think independently and make good decisions based on judgement
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with others 
  • Ability to prioritize work, follow through on requests, take initiative and meet deadlines
