  • Provide excellent customer service support to Wipfli’s clients for core Microsoft products or other hardware, software and network issues
  • Resolve issues in accordance with Service Desk Procedures
  • Act as the IT liaison between the client and other Consulting staff in the process of issue resolution for escalated issues
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of firm systems and support policies and procedures
  • Record all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated in appropriate systems according to firm policies and procedures
  • Escalate complex hardware and software issues per Service Desk policy
  • Complete time sheets for all hours worked per Firm policy
  • Review and maintain Service Desk documentation as directed or indicated according to firm policies and procedures 
  • Participates in IT projects as directed

  • Requires a High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • An Associate Degree in Information Technology would be preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in a Service/Support desk environment 
  • Prior computer system experience including Windows desktop Operating System(s)
  • Strong Customer Support skills
  • Hardware maintenance and repair skills desired but not required
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous Windows Server experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous Microsoft 365 product suite preferred
