What you'll do once here:

  • Develop strong relationships with clients through on-site and remote client service.
  • Engage with other team members and clients to ensure proper client technology documentation.
  • Identify issues and concerns and either solve or escalate them as necessary to maintain satisfaction.
  • Delivering quality services within the scope of the client’s service agreement.
  • Collaborate with Technology Manager to perform annual update and execution of the Technology Roadmap.
  • Collaborate with Technology Operations Center to execute on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with the helpdesk team to ensure effective support is being delivered.
  • Engage with your clients to identify new leads and then collaborate with others to scope, estimate, and support the effective execution of projects.
  • Collaborate with Procurement team to ensure hardware and software is being ordered and put in place appropriately.
  • Passionately drive high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Actively engage in community service, and personal and professional development

  • A technical degree from any accredited 2-year technical school or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
  • 3 – 5+ years technology experience
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical certification in Microsoft technology such as Office 365 or Azure is a plus
  • Quality driven
  • Self-starter who activates and executes
  • Self-learner who is continually curious
  • Empathetic and client service focused 
  • Calm under pressure

Wipfli supports equal pay for all. In addition, in the State of Colorado, we are committed to equal pay for equal work in accordance with Senate Bill 19-085. The pay range for this role is $58,000-$85,000.
