Manager (Audit) – Denver, CO

Responsibilities:

 

  • Interact with clients to help ensure the information flow from the client to the audit team is efficient
  • Prepare Audit & Audit Findings for Construction Industry Clients
  • Complete and Analyze Work in Progress Schedules for Construction Industry Clients
  • Prepare Financials Statements and Disclosures for Construction Industry Clients
  • Execute day-to-day activities of audit engagements for various clients
  • Detect and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners
  • Review of C-Corporation, S-Corporation, Partnership, & Individual Returns
  • Team leader for audit associates and interns on engagements

Requirements:

 

BA in Accounting, Business Administration with concentration in Accounting, or closely related; CCIFP Certificate; 1 year of experience in independent tax reviews & audits for construction companies, construction tax code provisions, and preparation of C, S Corp and Partnership returns; some travel within Colorado during tax season.
