Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Understand the technical architecture for the firm and assist in our transformation by streamlining processes, designing solutions, and enabling system usage.
  • Configure, manage and secure Microsoft D365 and other related applications that support the marketing, sales, service, project services automation, and other custom functions built in D365.
  • Monitor, update, and tune performance and availability of D365.
  • Educate and mentor US and India-based engineers on coding, configuration, and technology best practices
  • Define and maintain standards for development in D365, including CI/CD, unit testing, automated testing tools and data warehousing.
  • Envision our future state technology platform and engineer the short-term and long-term solutions that will lead us forward technologically
  • Evaluate and/or envision plans for new technologies to meet our evolving requirements
  • Keep abreast of new technologies to align with future state goals
  • Support informed decision making by identifying solution risks and mitigation strategies

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform support for D365-related issues
  • Maintain quality assurance and change management procedures
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems to maximize technology efficiency

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or an IT related major
  • 7+ years of job-related technical experience
  • Expert understanding of D365 architecture and functionality
  • Demonstrated strong and effective communication skills especially with non-technical audiences
  • Proven implementation success
  • Proven success working in an agile model
  • Comfortable working in a virtual, remote environment
  • Proven system life cycle management, including Azure DevOps.
  • Proven proficiencies in technology design, administration, operation, or development
  • Proven experience with tools such as PowerApps, PowerAutomate, Azure Functions, SSIS, SQL, C#, and Javascript.
