  • Provide excellent customer service support (both on-site and remote) to Firm associates for basic hardware and software issues. 
  • Record all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated in appropriate systems.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of Firm systems and support policies and procedures. 
  • Review and maintain documentation and knowledge base.
  • Participate in IT projects such as: 
    • Agile development and software configuration.
    • DevOps and automated build and deployment.
    • Quality assurance and QA automation.


  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.  Ideal candidate would have completed at least two years’ college credits and some coursework in a programming language.
  • Prior computer system experience including Windows Operating System and knowledge of Microsoft Office products preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.


This internship will be offered from Fall to Spring, part time 20-30 hours per week. It is paid and can be used for school credit if applicable
