Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to procure data related to acquisitions and construction projects.
  • Analyze construction cost ledgers, contractor payments applications and examining any available construction blueprints/drawings for the respective project.
  • Conduct on-site inspection to notate and document the nature and use of all depreciable property.
  • Prepare schedules using estimating tools such as RS Means and Marshall Valuation resources.
  • Write a report detailing and summarizing the support for the cost segregation study

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in construction, engineering (civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical) or architecture with a business emphasis preferred
  • Experience in reading construction plans a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willing to travel to clients with other associates
