Under the direction of the Manager, Compensation & HR Systems, the Senior HRIS Analyst is a member of the Total Rewards team who creates efficient processes and procedures to maintain the HRIS and other Talent & Culture systems ensuring data quality and efficient and accurate data analysis and reporting to support the Talent & Culture team as well as the organization.


  • Serves as business analyst for all Talent & Culture data elements – understanding the data structure needed to support the business and the impact to various systems tracking Talent & Culture information.
  • Owns the day-to-day administration of the HRIS system to ensure effective processes and procedures and utilization of the system, data integrity, and system security.
  • Works with Total Rewards team to understand impact of benefit documentation updates, changes in organization structure, compensation structure updates, etc., and ensures the HRIS design is created and updated appropriately.
  • Serves as the subject matter expert for the HR systems and ensures HR systems are effective, streamlined, and connected as it makes business sense. Creates a plan to streamline and integrate systems to automate the flow of information in collaboration with Internal IT department (I3T). Ensures proper audits and maintenance of integrations on a defined frequency.
  • Creates procedures for updating, validating, and correcting associate records or other HR data across other systems, including electronic data feeds from HRIS to other systems. Creates end-user documentation or training materials and conducts training as needed. 
  • Develops and oversees an audit process to ensure data integrity and effective execution of reporting and analysis efforts.
  • Creates standard reports for ongoing needs and supports complex reporting that drives compliance with various legal requirements (e.g., Affirmative Action, EEO reporting, FLSA, COBRA and FMLA). Provides data summaries or statistical analysis for use in strategic planning or decision-making.
  • Recommends system design changes and upgrades and manages resulting system implementation projects to improve the efficiency of current systems and optimize the user experience.
  • Oversees systems contracts and renewals, in collaboration with the Internal IT department (I3T).
  • Monitors flow of data in and out of the HRIS to ensure accuracy of timing and data supplied. Discusses need for changes with subject matter experts and proposes system updates to meet the needs and efficiently manage data.
  • Documents processes in collaboration with Talent & Culture team members to create process maps and identify potential areas of opportunity for efficiencies.


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, MIS or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in similar analytical human resources role
  • 5+ years HRIS administration and project management experience
  • 3+ years of process improvement experience, with the ability to influence change to  drive the organization forward. 


  • Human Resource Information Program (HRIP) 
  • HRIS administration experience in a large HCM/suite environment (preferably Workday)
  • Experience with vendor selection, including completion of needs analysis, scope  definition, vendor selection, implementation, and evaluation 
  • Experience in a decentralized, matrixed organization strongly preferred
  • Experience in a decentralized system environment, with responsibility for streamlining HR  data flows between systems and/or feeding HR performance dashboards
  • ERP implementation experience
  • Experience creating HR metrics/dashboards linked to business results
