As part of our Change Management team, you'll be led by one of our Change Management Practitioners in the industry to assess and provide solutions for our clients. This is a growing team who is looking to add talented change leaders! 

Responsibilities:
  • Work with client engagement leaders to identify client change management needs and deliver high quality solutions.
  • Facilitates workshop sessions which help clients uncover risks around upcoming changes and develop ways to address potential issues. 
  • Building, editing, and communicating assessments and change management reports and presentations to executives, boards of directors, and client management and staff.
  • Consults with internal associates and external clients on organizational change management best practices, innovations, tools, regulations, and methodologies.
  • Participates in the development, updating, and/or delivery of high quality change management training content to diverse audiences of client leadership, management and staff.
  • Travel up to 50% required.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Management Consulting or similar in- house role, such as Change, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
  • Familiarity/working knowledge of Prosci - ADKAR methodology preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high volume, high paced dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
