Under the direction of the Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems, the Manager, HR Systems provides leadership, planning, budgeting input, project coordination and management to implement and maintain a cost-effective HR systems ecosystem while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs within the HR organization.
