Under the general direction of the ERP Manager, the Senior Engineer will provide technical expertise and drive Workday software maturity within the firm. This position will guide technical design, configuration, testing, and training for the software.   


Essential Responsibilities 

  • Understand and apply the technical architecture for the firm and assist in our transformation by supporting process improvement, designing solutions, and enabling system usage.
  • Configure, manage and secure Workday and other related applications that support the HR, Finance, and Practice Management functions.   
  • Monitor, update, and tune performance and availability of Workday.
  • Educate, collaborate, and mentor US and India-based engineers, systems analysts, and business analysts on configuration and technology best practices. 
  • Define and maintain standards for Workday, including configuration, unit testing, CI/CD, automated testing, and data warehousing. 
  • Evaluate functionality for new technologies to meet our evolving requirements.
  • Support informed decision making by identifying solution risks and mitigation strategies.

Additional Responsibilities 

  • Perform advanced level support for Workday-related issues.
  • Maintain Workday quality assurance and systems change management procedures.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems to maximize technology efficiency.


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in IT or an IT related major.
  • 7+ years of job-related technical experience.
  • Advanced Workday knowledge and proven implementation experience.
  • Demonstrated strong and effective communication skills especially with non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual, remote environment
  • Comfortable working in an agile or waterfall manner with tools
