Responsibilities
  • Support sales compensation process for the Business Development team by configuring plans, templates, and systems.
  • Maintain the sales compensation database to ensure that all data required for all plan participants are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Ensures monthly and quarterly sales compensation reconciliations using Excel and various tools.
  • Recommend changes to streamline the commission reporting process and systems for timely and accurate payments.
  • Testing associated with new plan implementations to ensure systems are appropriately configured when adjustments are made.
  • Interface with sales management to review and examine data to ensure sales reps are accurately credited for their sales transactions.
  • Manage sales enablement subscription solutions usage, setting up new users, and evaluating our use of the platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 4+ years of sales operations or commission management experience.
  • Experience defining and building out sales modeling and forecasting capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM platforms.
  • Work under pressure and time deadlines.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to deliver quality work with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.
  • Minimal travel; as needed.
