Our Senior Compliance Consultant can work either in person or in a hybrid environment.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide pro-active and on-going consultation regarding regulatory compliance risk assessment, remediation, monitoring, research, interpretation, change management, education, and board and management reporting
  • Work collaboratively with compliance department, business line, and functional partners to ensure effective execution of the financial institution’s regulatory compliance program
  • Provide compliance expertise and potential solutions to identify gaps and associated risks as applicable to financial service clients
  • Present information in a concise and effective manner to the board of directors, audit or supervisory committee, management, and business lines.
  • Conduct routine regulatory compliance monitoring and assessments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five+ years of experience in banking/ financial institutions or related field, with two+ years of compliance experience
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills; able to communicate effectively with both technical and business partners as well as executive management
  • Ability to research independently and interpret compliance regulation to provide guidance
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • CRCM or other certification preferred
