Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service support to firm clients for Wipfli supported hardware and software issues of low to moderate complexity
  • Resolves issues in accordance with Service Desk Procedures.
  • Reviews and maintains documentation and knowledge base as directed or indicated according to firm policies and procedures.
  • Acquires and maintains knowledge of client systems and support policies and procedures.
  • Records all actions, communications, and resolutions for issues being investigated in appropriate systems according to firm policies and procedures.
  • Escalates hardware and software issues per Service Desk policy.

 

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology
    degree from an accredited college or university
  • Previous role in providing positive customer service
  • Prior computer system experience including Windows Operating System and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Hardware maintenance and repair skills desired
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
  • Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
  • Ability to observe, think critically, and demonstrate a rational thought process and linear thinking
  • Ability to know when to escalate or seek guidance on an issue or roadblock.
  • Ability to obtain certifications or is working towards appropriate certifications.
  • Proven written and verbal skills are very important for this position
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Wipfli will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)
