Job Summary

Under the direction of the Program Manager Executive Coaching, the Executive Coach supports various aspects of coaching & executive development. This includes providing high-quality, customized coaching and development support for targeted high potential individuals and groups. The scope of this role includes coaching, facilitation, debriefing assessments, and measuring outcomes. In addition, the Specialist - Executive Coach I will be responsible for supporting & executing organizational development initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

 

Under the direction of the Program Manager, Executive Coaching, provides high-quality, customized coaching and development support for high-potential associates.

  • Providing one-on-one, small group, and team coaching sessions for leaders, emphasizing ethical conduct and confidentiality.
  • Honoring the essential partnership between coach and associate (, acknowledging the cultural, systemic, and contextual nuances of the associate’s role.
  • Elevating workplace performance by guiding the development of key leadership capabilities in both inter/intra-personal and leadership domains.
  • Adopting a reflective coaching approach, continuously evaluating and integrating various coaching methodologies to enhance practice.
  • Empowering associates to set and achieve ambitious goals that align with strategic business objectives and inter/intra-personal development, while incorporating stakeholder feedback.
  • Motivating associates to define and pursue actionable steps towards their goals, ensuring accountability and progress.
  • Stimulating associate development by curating a diverse array of learning materials, including frameworks, practical tools, and multimedia resources.
  • Utilizing diagnostic assessments to promote client self-awareness and catalyze developmental breakthroughs.
  • Consistently updating coaching database records with timely and precise data
  • Analyzing data and report on coaching outcomes
  • Providing timely reports on key themes that come up during coaching engagements.

Supports & executes organizational development systems and processes. Examples include and are not limited to:

  • Collaborating with Program Manager, Executive Coaching to develop high potential associates for key roles & succession planning.
  • Implementing a robust self and 360 assessment portfolio as part of organizational development.
  • Collaborating with other members of Organizational Development to deepen connections between the Internal coaching practice and other forms of organizational development.
  • Introducing and/or supporting strategic & innovative approaches to coaching, taking the idea from pilot to execution.
  • Collaborating and supporting Talent and Organizational Development training initiatives, facilitation needs, and other projects as determined.

Required Qualifications/experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related or organizational development field.
  • International Coaching Federation certification- ACC or above
  • 5+ years overall experience.
  • 1-3+ years of coaching experience.
  • 1-3+ years of managing assessments and conducting post-debrief dialogues.
  • Proven ability to facilitate and/or train in various settings.
  • Proven track record of consulting in a business setting.

Preferred Qualifications/experience:

  • International Coaching Federation certification- PCC
  • Certifications In 360 assessments such as Benchmarks 360, Hogan etc.
  • Experience utilizing technology in coaching engagements
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
  • Ability to balance many projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent written, Verbal and Presentation skills both in person & virtual
  • Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Proficient in Word and Outlook.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $73,000 - $98,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
 
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
