Responsibilities

Wipfli is seeking a Business Developer to join our growing Inside Sales team. This individual will focus on selling NetSuite and Wipfli services to new and existing clients of the firm, both regionally and nationally leveraging online capabilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Lead Qualification including conducting research, prospecting, and discovery calls to identify prospect/client needs, requirements, and goals to determine best fit and approach.
  • Based on qualification, either align appropriate resources to assist in the opportunity, or individually manage the entire sales process.
  • Prepare presentations and coordinate demonstrations as needed to convey capabilities and gain acceptance.
  • Prepare proposals and work with operations team to develop statements of work to close sales opportunities.
  • Responsible for client retention and renewal process while maintaining accurate client records.
  • Assists in managing the client journey and roadmap to include identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Using industry and product knowledge, tailors Wipfli’s value proposition and capabilities to the individual client’s business needs.
  • Track activities in CRM and completes related administrative functions to ensure client records are accurate and up to date.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding revenue goals

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B NetSuite ERP sales experience
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently as well as in groups
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Dynamics CRM, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree, preferably in business, information technology, finance or related fields.
  • Experience selling into Wipfli focused industries including Manufacturing, Construction, Nonprofit, and Healthcare.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $66,000 to $110,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. 

 

Individuals may be eligible for a commission plan, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
