Job Summary
As a Senior HRIS Analyst, your day will begin by helping support our iCIMS platform while also serving as the lead technical person for the recruiting implementation in Workday. You’ll be deeply involved in project management for this implementation—coordinating meetings, leading large groups, and managing the backlog to keep the project on track. A significant part of your role will be influencing the configuration and design of Workday to ensure best practices are followed, balancing technical expertise with strategic decision-making. Early on, your responsibilities will be heavy on both project management and technical Workday expertise, but as the implementation progresses, your focus will shift more toward deepening your Workday knowledge and providing ongoing technical leadership. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee system processes, and ensure data integrity, all while driving improvements and supporting the organization’s HR technology goals. Your ability to prioritize, communicate, and build relationships will be key to your success in this dynamic and impactful role. While this position is fully remote, we will prioritize candidates who are able to work effectively within the Central Time Zone to ensure strong collaboration and alignment with our core team and project schedules.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000 to $118,000 an hour, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
