Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Chief Data and Analytics Officer (CDAO), the Product Manager, Data & Analytics is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data products that drive strategic outcomes across Wipfli’s organizations. This role bridges business strategy and data-driven execution to enhance client acquisition, service delivery, operational efficiency, and overall business performance. The position requires strong collaboration with leaders across functions to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps for data and analytics tools supporting functional area internal teams.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and translate them into data product requirements.
  • Design and implement dashboards, reports, and predictive models that provide actionable insights.
  • Lead development of analytics capabilities to support areas such as Finance, HR, Talent & Culture, and IT.
  • Define and manage product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and data science teams to ensure effective implementation and promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct user research and feedback sessions to improve product adoption and effectiveness.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through development, deployment and enhancement.
  • Promote a data-driven culture across the organization.
  • Serve as a strategic connector between enterprise Functional areas and Technology teams to ensure alignment of data initiatives with firmwide goals.
  • Ensure all data products adhere to firmwide standards for data privacy, security, and ethical use.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
  • Experience in professional services, sales and marketing analytics, or practice operations.
  • Strong understanding of data visualization, business intelligence tools, and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and analytics best practices
  • Experience with agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in professional services, accounting, or financial services

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $117,000 to $158,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. 

 

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
