Job Summary

We’re seeking a Growth Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to design, implement, and optimize processes and systems—primarily within Microsoft Dynamics 365. Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between business owners, IT, and vendors to gather, document, and validate requirements and identify process improvements.
  • Prepare business cases, requirements documents, test plans, risk assessments, and other project deliverables.
  • Lead and support system enhancements and process improvements within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Partner with project teams to ensure technology changes are implemented efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Collaborate with architects and QA teams to translate requirements into solution blueprints and validate system performance.
  • Mentor other analysts and promote continuous learning of business and technical processes.
  • Stay current on market trends and industry best practices to recommend ongoing improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and project teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or an IT related major, business, finance or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and job-related experience
  • IIBA certification or demonstrated equivalent with business analysis focus
  • Five+ years of job-related experience in D365 or similar CRM platform
  • Heavy business analysis or systems analysis concentration
  • Business process or system design/implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand internal stakeholder's priorities, challenges, methods, and processes.

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $73,000 to $98,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. 

 

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
